User Data Deletion Instructions
Use these instructions to request deletion of personal data connected to Personeel.com, a job application, a Meta lead form, or a WhatsApp conversation.
How to submit a request
Email info@personeel.com with the subject Data deletion request.
- Provide your name and the email address or phone number used for the application or WhatsApp conversation.
- Identify the employer, vacancy, or approximate application date if known.
- State whether the request relates to Personeel.com, WhatsApp or Meta, and whether you want deletion of specific data or all data we can lawfully delete.
- Do not email passwords, identity documents, CVs, or other unnecessary sensitive information with the initial request.
What happens next
We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion. When an employer controls the application data, we may coordinate the request with that employer.
We will confirm the outcome without undue delay and normally within one month. Where permitted by law, complex requests may take longer; we will explain any extension.
What we delete
After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the candidate profile, application answers, WhatsApp screening content, Meta lead identifiers, attribution identifiers, and directly identifying links under our control, unless retention is required by law or necessary for a legal claim, security investigation, or financial record.
Data already controlled independently by an employer or Meta must also be requested from that party. Removing the Personeel Text Bot business integration from your Meta account does not by itself send us a verified deletion request.
Questions
For questions about deletion or another privacy right, use the same contact address. There is no charge for ordinary requests, although the law allows restrictions for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
