This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards while connecting Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Finance, and regional organizations. The position drives a culture of execution excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Minimum 10 years experience in complex project environments
- Proven leadership in international project-based organizations
- Track record managing multi-million-euro projects and portfolios
- Experience in industrial equipment, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar sectors
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
