Unilabs is looking for an AFAS Application Administrator to manage and optimize their AFAS Profit environment in Amsterdam. In this role, you will configure workflows, authorizations, and processes while supporting end-users and translating business requirements into AFAS solutions.

Manage and optimize the AFAS Profit environment
Configure workflows, authorizations, alerts, and processes
Perform functional management of HRM, Payroll, Finance, and/or Projects modules
Translate business requirements into AFAS solutions
Support and advise end-users
Resolve incidents and analyze bottlenecks

Wat je meebrengt

Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking
At least 2 years of experience as an AFAS Application Administrator or Functional Administrator
Demonstrable knowledge of AFAS Profit
Experience with process optimization and user support
Strong analytical and communication skills
English and Dutch fluency

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with AFAS HRM, Payroll, and/or Finance modules
Knowledge of SQL, data migrations, and reporting
Experience within a complex or growing organization
AFAS certifications

Wat je krijgt

One year contract with intention of extension
Salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) for Hospitals as of February 2026
8.33% holiday allowance and 8.33% year end bonus
