OMRT is looking for a Computational Engineer to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will execute complex design studies and refine parametric scripts for high-impact projects, applying expertise to urban microclimates, physics simulations, and financial feasibility.

- Proactively identify technical hurdles in design automation
Wat je meebrengt
- BSc or MSc in Architecture, Urban Design, Computational Design, or Building Technology
- Professional experience in Parametric Design in architecture or building environments
- Proven track record of delivering professional parametric real estate projects
- Ability to translate architectural design challenges into computational logic
- Expertise in Grasshopper and Rhino 3D
- Fluent English
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with Python or C#
- Knowledge of Ladybug and Honeybee tools
- Understanding of bridging parametric design and BIM (Revit/IFC)
- Working knowledge of Revit or IFC workflows
- Dutch or German language skills
Wat je krijgt
- Full time position (40 hours/week)
- Hybrid working scheme, 3 days in the office
- 15 days per year to work from abroad
- Travel reimbursement for commute to Amsterdam office
- 25 vacation days with option to purchase additional 5 days
