Sia is a consulting firm based in Amsterdam, seeking a Consultant Change to deliver transformation and change assignments. You will design and structure the change proposition for the Dutch market and develop business with major accounts from the Amsterdam office.

- Lead or perform consulting missions at clients
- Contribute to thought leadership on transformation and change
- Develop materials like case studies and articles for marketing
Wat je meebrengt
- Master's degree in organizational behaviour, psychology, business administration, or similar
- At least 2 years of relevant change consulting experience, preferably at Big 4
- Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial
- Experience in conducting important transformation projects
- Willingness to travel occasionally for international projects
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Mooi meegenomen
- French language skills
- Strong interest in data and AI topics
- Coaching skills
