Turner & Townsend is seeking a Manager Construction Supervision & QSHE to act as the day-to-day representative during the construction phase in Amsterdam. You will monitor contractor performance, coordinate site inspections, and support QSHE oversight. This role requires a solid understanding of Dutch construction regulations and HSE requirements.

- Act as day-to-day representative during construction phase
- Monitor contractor performance against programme, quality and safety requirements
- Coordinate site inspections, progress reviews and stakeholder interactions
- Identify risks, issues and opportunities and support mitigation activities
- Carry out site audits and inspections for QSHE oversight
- Support implementation of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards
Wat je meebrengt
- HBO degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Built Environment, Facility Management or related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in construction supervision, site management, clerk of works or contractor management
- Experience working for a contractor, developer, engineering consultancy or project management consultancy
- Solid understanding of Dutch construction regulations and HSE requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse or infrastructure projects
- Experience with EV charging infrastructure, utilities, energy or mobility projects
- VCA VOL certification
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Experience supporting commissioning and project handover activities
