Athora Netherlands is looking for a Senior Business Controller IT to act as a strategic sparring partner for IT management and senior leadership. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will assess the IT change portfolio and investment agenda from a financial perspective, translating complex topics into actionable insights. You will steer portfolio performance, cost development, and investment decisions while increasing financial transparency through cost drivers and Activity-Based Costing.

Wat je meebrengt

Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting or related
10–15 years experience as Business Controller in complex corporate environment
Experience with IT and change portfolios and business case evaluation
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Credible sparring partner for management teams
Excellent command of Dutch and English
