- At least 4 years of consulting experience in a similar firm
- Experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, digital marketing, customer experience, CRM or customer analytics
- Strong interest in data and AI topics
- Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
