Assurant is looking for a Senior Customer Service Claims Specialist who is a fluent Dutch speaker. In this role, you will assess and resolve insurance claims while supporting team performance and handling complex cases.

- Act as subject matter expert for complex claims and policy interpretation
- Handle escalated complaints, fraud investigations, and complex cases
- Conduct quality reviews and provide guidance to colleagues

- Fluent Dutch speaker with good English communication skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Good computer skills including data entry and website navigation
- Experience supporting team performance and guiding colleagues in customer service
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Comfortable handling escalated customer situations and complex cases
