Vio is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of the Search domain. In this role, you will lead strategic and psychological explorations of product and brand, turning business goals and traveler needs into design solutions.

Own end-to-end product design for the Search domain
Lead strategic and psychological explorations of product and brand
Turn business goals and traveler needs into design solutions
Design and ship optimizations for Search experience and prove impact via A/B testing
Run own user research and partner with UX Research
Contribute to the design system with reusable components

5+ years designing large-scale consumer-facing digital products
Owned full design process from discovery through delivery
Portfolio showing user-centered problem solving and business impact
Comfortable designing information-dense, fast-decision interfaces
Fluent in experiment-driven design and A/B testing
Fluent in Figma and modern prototyping workflows

Mooi meegenomen

Experience in travel/OTA or high-traffic consumer platforms
Familiarity with experimentation tools
Exposure to multi-brand or white-label design
Interest in designing AI-assisted or conversational experiences
