Creative Fabrica is looking for a Video Editor to join their team in Amsterdam. You will edit videos for various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, transforming raw footage into polished content. The role involves producing multiple pieces of content per week and repurposing long-form into short-form clips.

Wat ga je doen

• Edit videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, product launches, educational content, campaigns, and partnerships
• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, voiceovers, and product demos into polished videos
• Adapt content for different platforms, formats, audiences, and aspect ratios
• Create strong openings and use pacing, cuts, sound, music, captions, and graphics to maintain attention
• Produce multiple pieces of content per week and repurpose long-form into short-form clips
• Test different versions of content using watch time and retention data

Wat je meebrengt

• 2+ years of editing experience in video editing, content production, or similar role
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
• Experience editing both short-form and long-form content
• Ability to make independent editorial decisions
• Good written and spoken English

• Experience editing high-performing YouTube or short-form social content
• Deep experience with AI video generation and AI-assisted editing
• Motion design, color grading, or advanced sound design skills
• Using audience-retention analytics to improve edits
