Destinus is looking for a Production Planner & Controller to join their team in Born. In this role, you will develop and optimize production schedules and coordinate materials and priorities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

- Develop and optimize production schedules
- Coordinate work orders, materials, and production priorities
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Collaborate with Procurement for material availability and planning
- Plan allocation of equipment, materials, and production capacity
- Analyze production performance and recommend process improvements
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain, or production control in an industrial environment
- Strong understanding of production planning methodologies, inventory management, and material requirements planning
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems for production scheduling and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools
