EMW, Inc. is looking for a Project Support Officer to provide day-to-day administration and financial support for an NSIP project in The Hague. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a fixed-term contract from 9 November 2026 to 31 December 2026, totaling 300 hours.

Provide day-to-day project administration and support for an NSIP project
Support project planning activities and time approvals during execution
Provide financial administration support, including processing purchase requests
Review project plans and cost estimates, manage baselines
Support project managers with planning, control, reporting, and Business Intelligence tools
Identify and escalate deviations from plans, baselines, milestones, costs, risks, or resources

Wat je meebrengt

Active NATO SECRET security clearance
Proven experience in project administration and support in a multi-project environment
At least 2 years of post-related experience or 5 years of progressive experience in project administration or control
Experience supporting project baselining, reviewing plans and cost estimates
Experience supporting projects during execution with time approvals and progress tracking
Experience with project metrics and KPI analysis for reviews

Mooi meegenomen

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner or PMI equivalent (CAPM or PMP)
Experience in an international environment with military and civilian elements
Attention to detail for correcting inaccuracies in project documentation
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear written communication skills for meeting minutes and reports
Proactive approach to anticipate project manager needs
