ABF is looking for a Purchaser to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will manage sourcing and replenishment to keep stock levels optimal and costs competitive, while building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Manage sourcing and replenishment to keep stock levels optimal and costs competitive
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including key partners, to secure favorable terms and uncover new opportunities
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with confidence
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify improvements in cost, quality, and supply reliability
Shape processes to build smarter, more scalable ways of working
Represent ABF on business trips and supplier visits approximately 1–4 times per year

Wat je meebrengt

Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial role such as purchasing, sales, or customer service
Ideally in an industrial or technical sector
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a good understanding of pricing
Able to work independently and take ownership of results
Comfortable operating in a growing, changing organization
Fluent in English

Competitive salary in line with experience and expertise
28 vacation days plus 8.5% holiday allowance
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to €180 per month or full public transport reimbursement
One week per year working abroad
