Syngenta Group is seeking a Vegetables Seeds Global Hub Operations Lead to manage and optimize intercompany hub flows at their Enkhuizen location. In this hybrid role, you will oversee end-to-end order and financial processes while driving improvements and supporting the S/4HANA migration.

Wat ga je doen

Manage hubbing flows end-to-end including purchase orders, sales orders, financial postings, and invoices
Monitor and resolve financial flow exceptions and mismatches across intercompany processes
Design and implement rules for new hub flows as the network expands
Act as process design authority for order management and hubbing operations
Support S/4HANA migration with testing, process design, and system transition
Build and track KPIs to monitor hub performance and drive improvement

Wat je meebrengt

Experienced in supply chain, operations, or business process management at regional or global level
Strong working knowledge of SAP
Solid understanding of intercompany financial flows, order management, and end-to-end supply chain processes
Comfortable working independently in a matrix organisation
Strong analytical skills to translate complex processes into actionable steps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures

Experience with S/4HANA or involvement in an SAP migration
Experience in the seed or agricultural industry
