Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for an Assistant Supervisor Outbound to coordinate daily warehouse activities on the floor in Gennep. You will coach, guide, and motivate team members and line leads, while monitoring KPIs such as productivity and quality. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain overview in a 24/7 operation.

• MBO level of education or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in logistics
• Fluent in English
• Strong coordination skills and ability to maintain overview
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 operation across three shifts
