Delta Electronics is looking for a Senior Field Application Engineer to support packaging automation solutions across Europe. In this role, you provide technical expertise to packaging OEMs and system integrators, from pre-sales to post-sales.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for automation solutions in packaging machinery
Assess customer requirements and design customized engineering solutions
Troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site or remotely
Act as technical advisor to packaging OEMs and system integrators
Support sales team with technical presentations and product demonstrations
Deliver technical training sessions and mentor junior engineers

Wat je meebrengt

Minimum 10 years experience as FAE, Commissioning Engineer, or Automation Engineer in packaging machinery
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
Deep hands-on understanding of packaging mechanics and control loops for Flowpack, HFFS, and VFFS
Strong proficiency in PLC programming (IEC 61131-3) and motion control systems (EtherCAT, Profinet, CANopen)
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 40-50%)

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with automation brands like Beckhoff, B&R, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Rockwell
Fluency in another major European language (e.g., German, Italian, or French)
