Get E is looking for a Global Hotel Operations Specialist to manage hotel bookings, room allotments, and rates across a worldwide network. You will work onsite in Hoofddorp, liaising directly with hotel suppliers and supporting crew accommodation logistics.

Wat ga je doen

• Manage hotel bookings, room allotments, and rate/availability across a global hotel network
• Liaise directly with hotel suppliers to resolve availability conflicts, rate discrepancies, and last-minute changes
• Monitor cut-off dates, no-show/cancellation policies, and contract terms to avoid service or cost exposure
• Support crew accommodation logistics including duty-of-care requirements
• Perform quality checks on booking details and hotel data accuracy in systems
• Communicate with clients and hotel partners across multiple channels

Wat je meebrengt

• Fluent English speaker
• Prior experience in hotel operations, reservations, or hospitality strongly preferred
• Comfortable with rotating shifts including weekends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working
• Team spirit and proactive problem-solving attitude

Mooi meegenomen

• Additional languages
• Familiarity with hotel PMS, channel manager, or GDS/OTA booking systems
• Understanding of hotel industry terms and mechanics
• Hospitality/hotel management background
