Destinus is a fast-growing aerospace company dedicated to clean-flight technology. As Senior Insurance Manager, you will build and shape the global insurance and risk function, managing a comprehensive portfolio from property to aviation cargo.

Wat ga je doen

  • Manage global insurance portfolio including property, liability, D&O, cyber, marine/aviation cargo
  • Lead annual renewal cycle with underwriting submissions, market approaches, negotiations, and binding
  • Act as primary contact for brokers and carriers, drive competitive tendering
  • Manage end-to-end claims process coordinating internal stakeholders, brokers, and insurers
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Program teams, and site leads for risk assessment
  • Review policy limits, exclusions, and deductibles against risk exposure

Wat je meebrengt

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or broker/carrier role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines: property, liability, D&O, cyber, specialty/aviation
  • Experience negotiating with brokers and carriers
  • Familiarity with international insurance and regulatory requirements across EU, Switzerland, and other regions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
