Catawiki is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join their team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will ensure that new employees have the right equipment and support from day one, managing hardware logistics and providing hands-on assistance. You will be part of a dynamic, international environment where your organizational skills and customer focus make a real impact.

Wat ga je doen

Ensure new IT equipment and accessories are ready for new employees
Manage logistics of hardware preparation, distribution, and tracking
Provide support for onboarding-related issues and maintain documentation
Coordinate return of company devices during offboarding
Manage IT hardware logistics including repairs, replacements, and inventory
Handle eSIM requests and coordinate with telecom providers

Wat je meebrengt

0-1 years of relevant IT support experience
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Customer-service-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
Willingness to be physically present in the office four days a week
