Boskalis is looking for a PMO Officer to support governance and control within the PPO team. You will conduct monthly project reviews and ensure consistent project management standards across the portfolio.

Supporting PPO Manager and Portfolio Manager in governance and control
Conducting monthly project reviews on progress, planning, budget, and risks
Ensuring consistent application of project management standards and reporting
Coaching Project Managers on project hygiene and compliance
Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project data for portfolio insights
Identifying and escalating deviations in scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, IT, Project Management, or related field
2–5 years experience in PMO, project support, or coordination role, ideally in IT or corporate environment
Strong affinity with data, progress tracking, and financial project insights
Familiarity with project management methodologies like Prince2, Agile, or hybrid
Structured and analytical mindset with ownership and attention to detail
Confident communication skills; English at B1 level or higher
