Rail Innovators Group is looking for a Rail Coordinator to manage notifications for ports, trains, and terminals in Rotterdam. In this role, you will handle data entry, communicate with clients and suppliers, and coordinate train movements, especially during delays and replanning.

• Process notifications for ports, trains, and terminals
• Enter data into systems
• Keep clients and suppliers informed about train movements
• Flexibly respond to delays and replanning
• Communicate via phone, email, and teams
• Prepare instructions for train drivers

Wat je meebrengt

• MBO work and thinking level
• 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the rail and/or transport sector
• Flexible attitude for working mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, and sufficient knowledge of German
• Ability to work independently and in a team
