Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a graduate FP&A Analyst / Controlling to join its team in Sevenum. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis while contributing to automation and AI initiatives.

Support budget, forecast, and long-term financial plan preparation
Assist in monthly reporting and performance analysis
Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget
Support ad hoc financial analyses and business cases
Contribute to month-end closing and report preparation
Help automate reporting and explore AI solutions

Wat je meebrengt

Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong analytical mindset and interest in financial planning and data analytics
Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL
Skills in Python and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
German language skills
