Precision Medicine Group is looking for an Engineering Director to lead and scale a high-performing engineering team. You will drive technical excellence and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

- Build and scale a high-performing engineering team
- Oversee day-to-day engineering operations including sprint delivery and capacity planning
- Drive technical excellence in architecture, code quality, and production reliability
- Serve as escalation point for technical blockers and cross-team dependencies
- Partner with SVP on hiring, team development, and strategic planning
- Coordinate with other teams and manage vendor relationships
Wat je meebrengt
- 5/8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform engineering
- 3+ years leading engineering teams with hiring and delivery accountability
- Experience with modern data stack including cloud data warehouses and orchestration tools
- Track record of delivering complex data platform initiatives
- Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
- Ability to review code, debug production issues, and make architectural judgments
