- Determine and assess best equity options and payments
- Work with payroll department to determine fund flow for tax efficiency of salary packages and benefits
- Assess local tax exposures from personal income tax and social security perspective
- Help the team with any tax questions from clients
- Build documentation resources to address recurring and potential customer questions about tax
