NeoDay B.V. is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and technical integrations. In this hybrid role based in Tilburg, you own the project plan and bridge business with technical teams.

- Own the project plan and lead kick-offs
- Bridge business and technical teams
- Guide technical integrations with POS providers
- Ensure data integrity and system architecture
- Drive client onboarding and training
- Collaborate on loyalty program design
Wat je meebrengt
- 3–6 years in Technical Project Management, SaaS Implementation, or B2B Onboarding
- Understanding of data flows, SDKs, and POS integrations
- Clear communication skills
- Fluent in English
Mooi meegenomen
- Hands-on technical experience with APIs
- Speaking Dutch, German, French, or Italian
