Enjins is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join their team in Utrecht. In this role, you will turn client specifications into working AI systems and build custom workflows on core Multi-Agent Systems. You'll work with energy and climate scale-ups, as well as VC/PE investors.

- Translate client specifications into working AI systems
- Build client-specific workflows and agents on core Multi-Agent Systems
- Lead client relationships as senior technical contact
- Apply new AI developments to workflows
- Share deployment insights with AI Engineers and mentor peers
- Work with energy and climate scale-ups and VC/PE investors
Wat je meebrengt
- Experience designing and building AI-powered workflows in production
- Ability to work in messy environments without clean specifications
- Comfortable with legacy systems and security/compliance requirements
- Strong communication across technical and business lines
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or client-facing technical role
- Used agentic coding tools like Claude or GPT
