As Senior International Marketing Manager at 12Build, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for Belgium, Germany, and Denmark, shaping how the company enters and grows in these regions. You will own localization efforts across campaigns, funnels, and product launches, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Own go-to-market localization for Belgium, Germany, and Denmark, adapting positioning, campaigns, and product launches
Localize self-service signup and onboarding funnel (landing pages, pricing, in-app copy) for each market
Develop regional GTM strategy and execute campaigns, including in-person events or digital-led tactics
Build relationships with trade associations, industry institutes, and government bodies in each market
Localize product launch plans for new features and packages, feeding local insights back
Use AI tools for content generation and localization at scale

Wat je meebrengt

5-7 years in B2B marketing with experience in localization, regional marketing, or international market development
Deep cultural fluency in at least two of the growth markets (Belgium, Germany, Denmark)
Working English plus at least one of German or Danish; Dutch is a plus
Proven ability to adapt product marketing and GTM plans for regional audiences, not just translate
Comfort building market-entry strategy and stakeholder relationships from scratch, with hands-on execution
Ability to align strategy, tactics, execution, and performance tracking

Mooi meegenomen

Background in or affinity with construction, manufacturing, or industrial B2B sectors
Working experience with AI tools for content creation and localization
Familiarity with source-to-contract, procurement, or B2B platform businesses
Basic familiarity with self-service or product-led growth funnels
