Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team

Partner with customer service, supply chain, and external transportation partners
Manage warehouse inventory integrity through cycle counting and inventory control

Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
Solid working knowledge of ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems
Strong analytical ability to interpret operational performance metrics
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving aptitude with a proactive mindset in lean and continuous improvement
