Avery Dennison is looking for a Logistics Team Lead to oversee warehouse and logistics operations at its Almere site. What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations on-site
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements using lean principles
- Partner with customer service, supply chain, and external transportation partners
- Manage warehouse inventory integrity through cycle counting and inventory control
What you bring
- Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
- Solid working knowledge of ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong analytical ability to interpret operational performance metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with a proactive mindset in lean and continuous improvement
