Avantium is seeking an Application Development Manager to lead application development programs for its Volta Technology in Amsterdam. You will collaborate with customers and R&D labs while managing a network of partner labs and outsourced projects.

- Serve as technical interface with customers during sample validation
- Develop application development reports and brochures
- Maintain knowledge base of competitive practices for PLGA
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in chemistry, polymer, engineering or applied science
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in application development or technical sales in polymer film, paper coating, or plastic packaging
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Ability to analyze and summarize technical data
- Fluent in English
