Adyen is a global payments company looking for a Customer Risk Review Analyst to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will lead due diligence reviews and investigations into financial crime risks for high-profile merchant portfolios.

- Lead end-to-end CDD and EDD reviews for high-risk merchant portfolios
- Drive rapid-response investigations into adverse events and financial crime triggers
- Engage with customers to request and verify documentation
- Provide advisory on due diligence requirements and resolve escalations
- Harmonize review frameworks and risk-scoring models with global teams
- Mentor junior analysts on risk assessment techniques
Wat je meebrengt
- 3-6+ years of experience in KYC, CDD, EDD, or financial crime investigations
- Risk-based mindset with professional judgment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete data
- Deep expertise in AML, CTF, sanctions, card scheme rules, and LPM frameworks
- Self-driven and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
