Adyen is seeking a Senior AML Compliance Data Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will design and implement financial crime risk scenarios and ensure regulatory compliance through data-driven frameworks.
Wat ga je doen
- Draft FEC risk scenarios for transaction monitoring
- Challenge first line on detection methods and approve framework changes
- Draft and review technical documentation and model governance
- Assess risks for new product launches and manage framework changes
- Create validation tools and run data analysis for framework improvement
- Defend controls to Model Validation, Internal Audit, and regulators
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years in AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance Analytics
- Proven experience with FEC risk scenarios and transaction monitoring frameworks
- Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Strong stakeholder management across engineers, regulators, and commercial teams
- Comfortable forming and defending own views under scrutiny
- Proficient in Python/PySpark and Looker for data analysis
