Brunswick is looking for a Demand Planner for the EMEA region to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will develop accurate demand forecasts and collaborate with various departments to align supply chain activities. You will use advanced tools like o9 Solutions to drive data-driven insights.

Wat ga je doen

Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using o9 Solutions
Analyze forecast accuracy and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, and Marketing teams
Identify demand trends, seasonality, and influencing factors through data analysis
Integrate new product introductions, discontinuations, and promotions into forecasts
Present demand insights during Demand Reviews and support cross-functional alignment

Wat je meebrengt

BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain
Minimum 3 years experience in demand planning, forecasting, or analytical supply chain role
Fluent English
Strong knowledge of SIOP process
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Mooi meegenomen

Progressive forecasting software experience (ideally o9) and Power BI
APICS certification or training
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Independent decisiveness and ability to build consensus across departments
Additional European language
