Creative Clicks B.V. in Amsterdam is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist. You will shape the employer brand and attract top talent through engaging content and strategic initiatives.
Wat ga je doen
- Create employer-branding content like employee stories, videos, blogs, and social posts
- Organize events, university partnerships, and employer branding initiatives
- Support sourcing for specialist and senior-level vacancies
- Conduct initial screenings for motivation, cultural fit, and role alignment
- Own internships, working student positions, and junior vacancies from intake to offer
- Coordinate business onboarding experience for new hires
Wat je meebrengt
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Recruitment Marketing
- Hands-on content creation skills, including basic video filming and editing
- Strong interest in talent attraction and candidate experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive mindset and enthusiasm for content, social media, and employer branding
- Clear communication skills in English
