Satispay is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and operations from Milan. This executive role involves driving corporate finance, fundraising, and investor relations while overseeing financial governance across the group.

- Define and execute long-term financial strategy
- Lead corporate finance, fundraising, M&A, and investor relations
- Oversee group financial reporting and governance
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Ensure alignment between strategic planning and financial performance
- Oversee financial governance of Luxembourg banking subsidiary
Wat je meebrengt
- Minimum 8 years in progressive financial leadership roles
- At least 3 years as Group CFO, VP of Finance, or Deputy CFO in tech scale-up, neo-bank, payments, or fintech
- Experience with institutional investors, Series funding, or IPO/SPAC transitions
- Experience in regulated financial environments (banking, payments, fintech, e-money)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Full professional proficiency in English
