WSH Group is looking for a Sous Chef to join their catering team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will prepare dishes to the Head Chef's standards and oversee your own station while maintaining high quality and cleanliness.
Wat ga je doen
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef
- Supervise production at your own station, ensuring stock and cleanliness
- Maintain high quality standards for all dishes
- Communicate positively with team members and support colleagues
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and taste new recipes
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are clean and organized
Wat je meebrengt
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Available Monday to Friday during office hours and flexible for events
