Common Fund for Commodities is seeking an Impact Investment Manager to lead deal execution and manage a debt investment portfolio. This role focuses on trade finance and term loans within the agricultural sector.

- Develop pipeline of investment opportunities
- Lead deal execution for trade finance and term loans
- Monitor and manage debt investment portfolio
- Lead legal and commercial negotiations with investees
- Prepare internal and external reporting on transactions and portfolio
Wat je meebrengt
- Advanced university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Finance or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in financial or development environment
- Strong analytical skills in finance and credit analysis
- Experience assessing business models of SMEs in agri sector
- Knowledge of commodity value chains and poverty alleviation
- Experience assessing Social and Environmental performance of agri SMEs
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience in impact fund, commercial/development bank, or development finance organization
- Knowledge of rural development, regenerative agriculture, circular economies
- Experience in multicultural or UN-like environment
- Fluency or proficiency in French
- Understanding of UN Global Compact principles
