Lead Financial Control & Tax

Aquablu B.V. is looking for a Lead Financial Control & Tax to take ownership of financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls. In this role, you will guide the company through statutory audits and support the CFO with investor and lender reporting.

Wat ga je doen

• Prepare statutory financial statements under Dutch GAAP and lead external audit
• Review and sign off journals, reconciliations, and period-close output
• Manage tax obligations including Vpb, BTW, WBSO, and transfer pricing
• Design internal control framework and maintain ERP audit file
• Support CFO with investor and lender reporting
• Manage financial controllers and set technical standards

Wat je meebrengt

• Qualified accountant (RA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with Dutch GAAP experience
• Experience taking a company through a statutory audit
• Technical judgment on revenue recognition, leases, provisions, and capitalization
• Knowledge of Dutch tax: Vpb, BTW, WBSO, and transfer pricing
• Self-directed and able to set own deadlines
• Fluent in English and Dutch for tax and auditor correspondence
