Awin is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own the product and portfolio operating model and safeguard the quality of work entering delivery. You will lead and develop a team of Product Operations Managers while contributing to the P&T Operations leadership team.

Track record of building planning, governance or prioritisation systems
Confidence using data to describe system health
Systems thinking with ability to work in detail

Hands-on leadership and clear communication
