About the job
Awin is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own the product and portfolio operating model and safeguard the quality of work entering delivery. You will lead and develop a team of Product Operations Managers while contributing to the P&T Operations leadership team.

What you bring
- Background in product or technology operations within SaaS
- Track record of building planning, governance or prioritisation systems
- Confidence using data to describe system health
- Systems thinking with ability to work in detail
- Strong sense of craft and quality
- Hands-on leadership and clear communication
