Datasnipper is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will design and build scalable, secure IAM platform services and own architecture decisions for backend systems.

Own and drive architecture decisions for backend systems
Work across teams to enable identity and access flows
Ensure high reliability, performance, and security
Handle ambiguous problems and turn them into structured solutions
Participate in on-call rotation

Wat je meebrengt

7+ years of backend development experience
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Proven track record of building scalable, reliable systems
Experience with system design and architecture
Strong communication skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with Identity & Access Management systems
Strong understanding of security and authorization models
Experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with container services (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience working in platform teams
Experience working in startups or scaleups
