Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant Energy and Industry to lead transformation projects for clients in Amsterdam. In this role, you will combine analytical skills with hands-on project execution in a hybrid working environment.

- Perform data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications
- Coach new hires and juniors
- Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange within business units

- 3-6 years relevant working experience or PhD
- Analytical mind
- Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial
- Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
- Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
