Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant Energy and Industry to lead transformation projects for clients in Amsterdam. In this role, you will combine analytical skills with hands-on project execution in a hybrid working environment.

What you will do

Execute transformation projects at clients
Perform data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications
Coach new hires and juniors
Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange within business units

What you bring

Master's degree
3-6 years relevant working experience or PhD
Analytical mind
Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial
Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills

Nice to have

German fluency
