Backbase is looking for a Talent Acquisition Ops & AI Enablement Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive the TA operating rhythm and own the full tech stack, while partnering with an AI Architect to pilot AI in recruiting workflows. You'll work in a hybrid model with direct access to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Drive TA operating rhythm and translate strategy into execution
Own full TA tech stack including configuration and vendor relationships
Map and improve recruiter workflows and candidate journeys
Build and maintain TA dashboards for pipeline health and metrics
Run interviewer enablement and hiring manager partnership
Partner with AI Architect to identify and pilot AI in recruiting workflow

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years in TA Operations or Recruiting Enablement at global SaaS or tech company
Deep hands-on experience with Greenhouse or comparable ATS
Building habit with low-code apps, automation workflows, or AI tools
Comfort with data and spreadsheets
Proven record of leading a team through tools or process change
Strong communication skills across levels
