You grow into a broader generalist role across Finance Operations and use AI tools to improve your own work and share with the team.

A few years of relevant experience in a finance department
Willingness to work across multiple finance processes
Comfortable picking up new systems and processes quickly
Fluent in English
Genuinely curious about AI and actively experimenting with new models

Prior exposure to reconciliations or financial controls
Dutch language is a strong plus
