METRO/MAKRO is looking for a Commercial Sourcing & Selling Expert in Meat to join their team in Delft. You will manage supplier portfolios and the meat assortment, negotiate with suppliers and customers, and handle daily business with stakeholders. This role ensures procedures are followed and supports end-to-end customer service.

• Ensure procedures and processes are followed
• Manage supplier portfolios and assortment in meat category
• Negotiate with suppliers and customers
• Keep supplier and market information updated in trading network
• Handle daily business with stakeholders including pricing, ordering, exports, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Share ownership of troubleshooting across departments for end-to-end customer service

Wat je meebrengt

• Minimum 4 years work experience in ultra fresh industry
• Fluent in English
• Curious and assertive
• Accurate and result driven
• Commercial experience in meat or ultra fresh industry
• Good insight into procurement and sourcing

Mooi meegenomen

• Experience in meat industry with pork, poultry or beef
• Fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, German
