Quantware is seeking a General Counsel to lead its IPO and public-company readiness. This role is central to building the legal function and managing corporate governance, investor relations, and commercial contracts.

- Qualified lawyer with substantial in-house experience
- Track record in IPO readiness, commercial contract negotiation, or corporate governance
- Direct exposure to Dutch and US legal or commercial matters
- Confident being the only lawyer in the building
- Sharp commercial judgement
- Comfortable with hypergrowth scale-up ambiguity
