Quantware is seeking a General Counsel to lead its IPO and public-company readiness. This role is central to building the legal function and managing corporate governance, investor relations, and commercial contracts.

What you will do

Lead IPO and public-company readiness
Negotiate and draft commercial contracts
Manage corporate governance and investor relations
Advise on employment law
Build the legal function

What you bring

Qualified lawyer with substantial in-house experience
Track record in IPO readiness, commercial contract negotiation, or corporate governance
Direct exposure to Dutch and US legal or commercial matters
Confident being the only lawyer in the building
Sharp commercial judgement
Comfortable with hypergrowth scale-up ambiguity

Nice to have

Multi-jurisdictional experience
Prior exposure to venture- or growth-stage or deep-tech businesses
