Fiducial is looking for a Junior Information Security Officer to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will support and eventually take ownership of the ABDO/ABRO compliance trajectory, while helping to build out the information security management system using ISO 27001 principles. This hybrid position offers real ownership and growth potential within an international team.

  • Support and eventually own ABDO/ABRO compliance trajectory
  • Build out information security management system using ISO 27001 principles
  • Run and maintain risk assessments, access control policies, and classification of sensitive information
  • Coordinate personnel security requirements with HR and management
  • Act as internal point of contact for security questions from engineering, HR, and management
  • Stay up to date on regulatory developments and flag implications for the business

  • Relevant educational background or demonstrable interest in information security
  • Understanding of core information security principles
  • Willingness to build up ABDO/ABRO-specific knowledge on the job
  • Precise, structured way of working
  • Discretion and integrity
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English

Mooi meegenomen

  • Familiarity with ISO 27001
  • Prior defence-sector security clearance experience
  • Entry-level certification such as ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
  • Willingness to pursue CISM/CISSP
